Thank you for considering signing up for a membership. This membership will allow you to receive a discounts of 20%  off of the regular prices noted on my web page for all of your home appraisal needs. Simply take the price of the service that you'd like to purchase and reduce the price by 20%.

Terms of agreement

If you would like to participate in this membership program, you agree to purchase a minimum of eight appraisals per month.  This is your only requirement. Anytime after one month, if you do not want to continue, you can cancel.  Please notify me by email or phone and I will remove you from my membership list.
